With our preferred vendors, every detail for your event will be carefully considered according to your budget to create that special occasion you are dreaming about.

We have an extensive network of talented event service professionals that we recommend as preferred vendors for Eventology 23.  

On-Site Amenities

Hourly rental of our facility for up to 100 guests includes:

  • Use of our Dressing Suites prior to event
  • Round Dining Tables and Specialty Tables
  • Silver Chiavari Chairs with Padded Seats
  • Floor Length Table Linens
  • Wooden Dance Floor
  • Use of Catering Kitchen
  • Hands On Event planning and Walk-through
  • Day-of Management On-Site

You must provide the following information in order to start the facility reservation process:
1. Complete the Venue Availability Form.
2. An Eventology 23 staff member will contact you within 24-48 hours.

3. At that time, we will discuss pricing and other logistics such as setup and breakdown times, types of equipment and vendors needed, etc. Please know that pricing varies based on venue, day, and time frame.

Additional forms will be available during the consultation.

The completed rental application, any required deposits, and rental payment shall be submitted to Management at least 15 business days prior to the date of use.

If Eventology 23 decides to proceed with the rental, the following will occur:

  • A contract form will be prepared
  • We will notify the contact person to set up a date and time to sign the contract and receive payment.
  • We will issue a copy of the contract to you/organization.
  • A contract must be on hand at all times. Should extended time be requested after a contractual agreement, additional fees will apply.
